Removing Tonsil Stones- My Long Journey To Get Rid Of Tonsil Stones Has FINALLY Ended
Trust me when I tell you, removing tonsil stones was MUCH more difficult than I thought it was going to be! For the longest time, (years) I didn’t even KNOW what tonsil stones were, much less how to get rid of tonsil stones.
Removing Tonsil Stones Wasn't Easy!
But, the fact of the matter is, that I KNEW that I had a problem with bad breath.
I tried everything under the sun to get rid of my bad breath. I would brush my teeth 3 times a day, gargle with EVERY brand of mouthwash, scrub my tongue with a toothbrush,
You name it, I tried it!
Finally, I had lunch with some c0-workers, and the subject of tonsil stones came up. I hated to appear stupid, but I HAD to ask them;
“What are tonsil stones?’
They informed me that tonsil stones were small, yellow balls of hardened mucous and bacteria that “hide” in the crevasses of the tonsils.
YUCK!
They also informed me that removing tonsil stones took some knowledge, and a bit of work.
Luckily, I finally found a gentle and natural method of removing my tonsil stones.

So, as soon as I got home from work, I rushed to the bathroom, opened my mouth wide, looked at the back of my mouth, and to my HORROR…..

HOW could I have missed them?
I started to intently surf the Internet to discover how to get rid of tonsil stones, and what caused them to begin with.
I found out some interesting facts, such as…
Always practice correct oral hygiene. It all begins with good oral hygiene. If you want to prevent tonsil stones, you have to start from the very beginning -
You must maintain oral cleanliness to make sure that you are preventing the growth of new stones. Common sense tells you that prevention is always better than removing tonsil stones, and you can use that as a “rule of thumb”.
NEVER squeeze these small stones with your fingernails or pick them, as you are inviting infection. You may also cause bleeding. I knew that I had to find the right treatment and not just make up my own procedures.
Finally, after wading through some pretty crazy remedies for tonsil stones, I found one that was pretty much of a miracle! It was a natural treatment for tonsil stones.
